Wickenburg Funeral Home & Crematory, Wickenburg, Arizona Russell John Vojir April 30, 1961 - May 1, 2016 Russell John Vojir, age 55, passed away May 1, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona. Russ was born April 30, 1961 in Queens, New York to Allen & Elaine Vojir. He was raised in both New York and Florida. He later served in the U.S. Air Force and following his military service he worked in the family automotive machine shop business for many years. Russ moved to Arizona in 2000 to be near family. He worked as a Clerk of Courts with Maricopa County. Russ was a big hearted man and gave of himself freely to many people and local charities. He is survived by his parents Allen & Elaine Vojir of Wickenburg and companion Aaron Calzada of Phoenix, sister Jacquelaine (Martin) Brennan of Wickenburg, brother Allen (Wendy) Vojir of Lehigh Acres, Florida, nieces Kristen LaFever, Amanda Montes, Allisun Vojir, nephew Michael Brennan, grand-nephews Karson & Jaxson Brennan, Brody, Channing, Peyton Montes. Family services will be held in Wickenburg.
