She was born in Postville, Iowa on July 3, 1945. A marketing consultant, Mrs. Pepper had lived in Arizona for two years. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church. Mrs. Pepper is survived by a daughter, Jennifer L. Pepper of Scottsdale, Ariz.; her parents: James and Geneieve Kelleher of Apopka, Fla.; a sister: Kay McDowell of Lakewood, Colo.; and two brothers: Thomas Kelleher of Ann Arbor, Mich. and James Kelleher of Boulder, Colo. Memorial Services will be held in Florida for Mrs. Pepper. Memorial donations may be sent to the Community Partnership For Homelessness, Inc.,1550 N. Miami Avenue, Miami Fla., 33136 or to Shake-A-Leg Miami 2600 S. Bayshore Drive, Miami, Fla., 33133. Westcott Funeral Home assisted the Pepper Family with arrangements.
