Born Jun 17, 1961, in Mesa, he lived in Arizona all his life and attended Chino Valley schools. Mr. Hoffman was a construction worker. He is survived by his mother, Gwen Pete of Chino Valley; his father, Charles Hoffman, of Tempe; five sisters; maternal grandmother, Pearl Martin; and paternal grandmother, Stella Hoffman. Burial will be in Chino Valley Cemetery.
