She is preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Marcella and Fray Baker. She left behind her loving husband, Vernon A. Bell and a stepson, Vernon L. Bell; her father, Dorfin Royce and step-mother, Georgia Royce of Springdale, Arkansas; daughter Heather High of Springdale Arkansas; grandchildren Paxton High, Colten High and Mirranda High.; sisters, Chriss Harris, Debra Robinette and Nancy Brewer; brothers, Wayne Smith and George Lynn. She was a loving mother and wife. She loved life and will be greatly missed. |
