Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Cecil Fisher (January 13, 1943 - April 23, 2016) Cecil Fisher, beloved husband and father, died in his home on April 23, 2016. His family was by his side. He is survived by his wife Eva, and his daughter Arianna, grand and great-grandchildren. He was known by many people because of his kindness, his love of God, and through his charity. He was born in Bakersfield, CA in 1943, and moved to Winslow Arizona at a very young age. A viewing will be held at Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff AZ on Friday, April 29th, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. A service will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Victorious Life Christian Center, at 10:00 AM. Located at 755 North Bonita St., Flagstaff AZ. Burial will be held at Desert View Cemetery, in Winslow, AZ. at 2:00 p.m.
