Merle Ray Tilley, born September 8, 1914 in Bath, Indiana; moved to Phoenix, AZ 1945. Served his country as an Army Air Corpsman during WWII. 

Merle left this world in his sleep on March 20, 2002, preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy. His daughter Joyce, Grandson Rad, Granddaughters Stacie and Shawn, survives him. Seven great-grandchildren Jessica, Amber, Drew, Caleb, Gabriel, Shelby, Mitchell.

Services will be held at Black Canyon City Cemetery on Sunday, 3-24-02 with continuing memorial at Smoking Joes Steak House.

Donations may be made in his memory to Hospice Family Care, 100 E. Sheldon, Suite 100, Prescott, AZ 86301.
