Service will be at 9 a.m. June 3, 2016, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona. He was born March 2, 1933 in McRay, Arkansas to Tony and Margaret (Peters) Pate. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen. He is survived by six children; 23 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A graveside service with military honors will take place at 9 a.m. Monday, June 6, 2016 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona at 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix, Arizona.
