FORREST, Sean Patrick

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, March 15, 2007 Sean Patrick Forrest, age 19 passed away March 12, 2007, in Chino Valley, Ariz. He was born August 7, 1987, to Patrick and Vivian Forrest in Scottsdale, Ariz. Sean lived most of his life in Chino Valley, where he was surrounded by his family and many friends. He was employed by the U.S. Forest Service, being a Wildland Firefighter. Sean had several interests including, fighting fires, riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing. Sean is survived by his mother Vivian Forrest; father Patrick Forrest; step-mother Cindy Forrest; sister Cari Lumm; and brothers, Jesse and Kevin Forrest. A Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2007, at Calvary Chapel on Highway 69 in Prescott, Arizona. A memorial fund has been set up in Sean's name at the Chase bank in Chino Valley, for anyone wanting to make a contribution.
