| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, December 31, 1997, page 5a Glenn McDonald Glenn E. McDonald, 77, died Sunday, Dec. 21, 1997, at the Prescott Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He was born March 12, 1920, in Northwood, Iowa, to Alfred J. and Clara Mae (Rogers) McDonald. Mr. McDonald moved to Phoenix from California in 1987. He also lived in Camp Verde in recent years. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the American Legion. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. He enjoyed baseball and being out of doors. Survivors include daughters, Sandy Hodson of Glendale and Bobbie Merchant of Broken Arrow, Okla.; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private cremation will be at Mountain View Cemetery. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home helped the family with arrangements. |
