Fullbright Feb. 27, 1938 - Nov. 15, 2015 A memorial service will be held June 17, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Prescott National Cemetery, 500 Hwy 89 N., Building 14, Prescott, Arizona. Loy was born in Marquand, Missouri. He was in the Army 1960-1965. He retired from Quintus Corp. in Camp Verde, AZ. Loy is survived by his wife Ann Fullbright, his children; Kevin Fullbright, Shelly Fullbright Ratley, Brenda Bartles, Sheila Krebs, and Robin Koinzan, his sister Helen Husmann of Missouri and his grandchildren Cherise, Jasmine and Jesse Fullbright.
