| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 06/10/2016 Agnes Elane Buckles, aka Super G, 86, resident of Roosevelt, died May 28, 2016, of natural causes at her home in Roosevelt. She was born April 10, 1930, in Berry, Ala. Before moving to Roosevelt in 2008, Agnes lived in Show Low and Pinetop and worked as a cosmetologist for 20-plus years. She is survived by her brother, James (Carol) Hudson; sister Annette Dickerson; son Alden “Dale” (Betty) Minor; daughter Debra Lynn (Kenny) Overholt; four grandchildren: Cari (Richard), Jennifer (Joel), Elisia and Scott; eight great-grandchildren, Kalyn, Clarissa, Timothy, Tysen, Tori, Emma, Katie and Lily; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Agnes was preceded in death by her father, James Hudson; mother Susie Hudson; first husband Elmer “Buddy” Minor; and second husband Glen Buckles. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Roosevelt Baptist Church, AZ-188, Roosevelt, AZ 85545. Bulman Miles Funeral Services Globe (bulmanmiles.com) handled arrangements. |
