| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, June 18, 2016, page 8a David Jeffrey Faulk, 53, passed away May 9, 2016, in Tucson, Arizona, after suffering from a prolonged heart ailment. David was born March 2, 1963, in Baltimore, Maryland, and his parents are Arthur T. Faulk, M.D. and Dolores Faulk. He attended Prescott High School, where he played varsity basketball and was a 1981 graduate. After graduation, he attended and briefly played basketball at Yavapai College. He moved to Los Angeles, California, and worked in the vending machine industry. He later moved to Tucson, Arizona, where he resided until his passing. He was an avid guitarist and enjoyed deep philosophical conversations, sports and being in nature. David is survived by mother Dolores; and six brothers, Arthur Jr., Mark, Joseph, Christopher, Daniel, and Matthew. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Moriah, Katie, Jaden, Noah, Isabella Grace and Jordan. His immediate family members are holding a private outdoor service and celebration of his life, and spreading his ashes.
