He was born June 16, 1916 in Rochester, New York. He was a retired General Contractor. Herman was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by two daughters, Nola M. Dewester of Covina, Calif. and Judy, husband Phil Kelley of Sedona; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. There are no public services planned. Interment was in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Westcott Funeral Home was entrusted with these arrangements. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
