| Owens Livingston Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Karen Tessay Way January 16, 1956 - June 20, 2016 Karen Tessay, a beautiful daughter, was born on January 16, 1956, to her parents Calvert and Darlene Tessay in Whiteriver, Arizona. Karen was also a mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend who entered the beauty of Heaven on June 20, 2016 from Tucson, Arizona. We are honoring Karen's request of not having a wake. A viewing is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2016 at the Cibecue Branch Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the luncheon will begin 11:30 a.m. The funeral service will begin 1:00 p.m. at the branch chapel and the concluding service and interment will immediately follow at the Shadow Mountain Cemetery in Cibecue. Karen loved to sew and cook. She also loved to crochet and just hang out. She particularly loved to visit with anyone and everyone. She loved to go to church. She also enjoyed going to the casino. Karen leaves behind: her son, Vincent Way; daughters: Sunshine Way and Lori Adams; Goddaughter, Tonya Perry Figueroa; Godson, McKeever Caddo and 3 grandchildren; her brothers: Glendale Tessay and Aaron Tessay; sisters: Etta Tessay, Colleen Tesssay, Norma Quintero and Sue Whiteford. She will also be missed by her nephews, nieces, extended family and relatives as well as many friends, whom she all so dearly loved. Your continued prayers and contributions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless you for your generous acts of kindness.
