| Camp Verde Bugle, Cottonwood, Arizona Tuesday, July 12, 2016 Dr. William "Bill" C. Moeny, 95 of Cottonwood, passed on June 30, 2016 in Cottonwood. He was born on October 6, 1920 in Glendale to Charles F. Moeny and Leona C. Moeny. Dr. Moeny was chairman of the Special Education College and Western Georgia University in Carrollton, GA. Bill was a member of the St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Clarkdale. His interests included flying private aircraft. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles F. Moeny and Leona C. Moeny. He is survived by sons Bill Mike (Marylee) Moeny of New Mexico and Jim Moeny of Arizona; daughters Susan (Dave) Hawkins of California and Nancy Nash of Colorado; brother Gene Moeny of Colorado; sister Virginia (Buck) Cooper of Colorado; 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren. Services to be held at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Clarkdale on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 10 am.
