William E. Bush (Bill) was born in Akron, Ohio on July 4, 1938 and passed away July 9 in Cottonwood, AZ.

He served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was the founder of the Firestone Park Citizens Council of Akron.

After moving to Sedona and starting the Mayflower Agency, he was an award winning driver for United Van Lines and appeared in the movie Hambone and Hillie.

In retirement, he drove for Knight Transportation, surpassing the 5 million mile mark.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Shirley A. and son Wm. Christopher of San Tan Valley.

Donations in his memory can be made to Hospice of the Pines or Adopt for Life Center for Animals.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the future.
