| Camp Verde Bugle, Cottonwood, Arizona Saturday, July 23, 2016 Doris Jean Anderson, 89 of Sedona, passed away on July 20, 2016 at Sedona Winds Assisted Living. She was born on January 2, 1927 in Duluth, MN to Edwin Joseph Patch and Anna Galbreta Garver. Doris enjoyed golf and playing bridge. Doris was preceded in death by her husband William Jennings Anderson and sons Bill and David Anderson. She is survived by her son Bob Anderson (Diana) of West Des Moines, Iowa; daughters Barb Gordon (Dale) of Sedona and Cathy Skytte (Chris) of Garden Grove, CA; sister Edwina Stojevich of St. Joseph, MO; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. There will be no services held. Donations may be made to Meals on Wheels (Sedona Community Center) and Verde Valley Caregivers.
