| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, July 6, 2016 Muriel T. Skillman of Prescott Valley, Arizona, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 13, 2016. Our family would like to extend our gratitude to the doctors and nurses of the Yavapai Regional Center East Multi-Level Care Unit for their compassionate care during our mother’s stay there. We are also grateful to the residents of the Sungate Villa II Senior Community for being such wonderful friends to her during her residency. She is survived by her son John Wakefield; daughter-in-law Barbara Wakefield; daughters Virginia Wakefield Karen Rivenes and Suzanne Cahill; sons-in-law John Rivenes and Robert Cahill; sister Edith Adkins; and grandchildren Steven and Jeffrey Wimmer, Aisling Wakefield, and Desmond Cahill. She leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews, as well as dear friends in Kingman, Arizona, and Sun City, California. Funeral arrangements were provided by Sunrise Funeral Home, Prescott Valley.
