| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, July 10, 2016 Charles Richard Dippre Sr. passed away peacefully at home in Henderson, Nevada, June 21, 2016, at the age of 84. Charles was born on Nov. 1, 1931, to Earl and Pauline Dippre in Jamestown, New York. Chuck is survived by Shirley Dippre. He had six children of whom he was proud of: Deborah Bryden, Tom Dippre, Charles Dippre Jr., James Dippre, Sandie Espinoza and Shirl Thompson. Charles had 16 grandchildren: Lisa, Starla, Nicole, Tara, Jess, Sarah, Michael, Jared, Amber, Angela, Nikki, Kayla, Johnathan, Tiffany, Michael and Connor; and 29 great grandchildren. Chuck is remembered by his children and all that knew him as a thoughtful hard working man. He was very giving of his time and energy, and was always fixing, repairing, or building something. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gun range, and poker games. He spent time with family, sitting around for hours telling stories and drinking coffee. He always asked about his grandchildren and great grandchildren followed by "And how are you?” When asked; would you give me a hand? His ready answer was -- if you got a nickel.
