| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, July 24, 2016 David W. Till, age 69, passed away on July 6, 2016, at his home in Prescott, Arizona. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Connie and his two sons, Brandon (and wife Kim) and Brett. His son Brian preceded him in death. Additional survivors are his stepchildren, Greg Biddle (and wife Jenn), Corey Biddle, and Adriana Clesceri (and husband Michael); grandchildren, Brian Till Jr.; Vaughn, Nixon and Milan Till; Ava, Ginger and Jake Biddle; Bethany, Nikolas, Matthew, Juniper and Greyson Clesceri; his brother Dennis Till (and wife Debbie) and nephews, Forrest and Nathan Till; and his stepsisters, Dawn Celis, Joyce Frosch, Jackie Shank and Cheryl Cornett. David was born on May 20, 1947, in Charles City, Iowa, to his parents, Duane and Dorlena. As a young child, David and his family moved to California. David worked as a painter for the maintenance department of Long Beach City College in Long Beach, California, until he retired and moved to Prescott, Arizona. Upon retirement, he was able to enjoy his real vocation, that of being a full-time minister of the Good News of God’s Kingdom. As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, he enjoyed sharing with others the Bible’s promise for the future – a time when there will be no more suffering, sickness and death (Revelation 21:3,4). His confidence in the fulfillment of this promise sustained him throughout his battle with cancer. His family and friends look forward to the time when they will welcome him back in perfect health to life on a paradise earth. (John 5:28, 29; Psalms 37:10, 11) A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on July 30, 2016, at the Adult Center, 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott, Arizona, and is open to all who knew him. Arrangements entrusted to David’s Desert Chapel and Funeral Home. |
