Jackie “Jack” R. Carson, 77, of Congress, who passed away on July 26, 2016, in Prescott, Arizona, will have a full military funeral service on Aug. 18, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the Prescott National Cemetery with PGR providing a Flag Line.
