The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, August 4, 2016, page 7a Doris Bowman, 90, born in Silverton, Texas, on Dec. 1, 1925, and passed to Heaven to be with Jesus her Lord on July 13, 2016, in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Doris was a retired bookkeeper and spent her retirement years RVing with her husband Bill and they belonged to the Escapee Travel Club. She is survived by her son, Bob Bowman (Carol); daughter, Sheryl Wolverton (George); grandchildren Tamara McConnell (Leo), Lisa Davis; great grand daughter Katie Davis; sister Imogene Elsworth (Larry), and preceded in death by the love–of–her life husband, Bill. A special “Thank-you” to P.V. Samaritan, Hospice and devoted friends for their loving care. No service per her request, a family memorial to be held at a later date.
