FINE, William (Jay)

Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, April 27, 2009 William (Jay) Fine, born July 7, 1936, in Phoenix, Ariz., passed away April 24, 2009, in Prescott, Ariz. He was the son of William Marvin and Thelma Choat. Jay served in the Marine Corps March 1954 to March 1957. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Sally Fine; daughters Rena Fine, Jolynn Kring and Jennifer Fine-Birch; and grandchildren Nina Lemons, Juliana Burgo, D.J. Lemons, Carlos Burgo, Katelynn Kring, Jeda Birch and Jordyn Birch. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at the VA Chapel. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House. Arrangements entrusted to Hampton Funeral Home.
