William Arnold Shipley, 86, of Chino Valley, Arizona, passed away on Aug. 8, 2016, in Chino Valley, Arizona. William was born on Feb. 28, 1930, in Sale Creek, Tennessee.

A private cremation will be held at Bradshaw Chapel in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements.
