Craig Davidson Pitcher

Craig Davidson Pitcher passed away on Aug. 17, just 2 weeks shy of his 89th birthday. He was born on Aug. 30th 1927 in St. Joseph, Michigan. Craig moved to Prescott in 1977 from Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his beloved wife Lois who, passed, in 1991.

Craig was a retired senior VP of the former Union Bank and Trust of Grand Rapids. He was very active in numerous Prescott organizations such as First Congregational Church, Prescott People Who Care, SCORE and was statistician for the Yavapai College baseball team for 22 years.

Craig is survived by his daughters Christine of Prescott; Karen Clawson and her husband Bill from Grand Rapids; son Craig D. Pitcher Jr. and his wife Cher from Byron Center, Michigan; four grandchildren and 8 1/2 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Brookdale Senior Living at 211 Bradshaw at 2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 26.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Wounded Warrior Project or Circle L Ranch Rescue and Sanctuary in Prescott Valley.
