Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, April 24, 2009 June 13, 1927 - April 19, 2009 Went to Church and Went to Heaven Virginia Perkins of Prescott, Ariz., passed away while in the adult Sunday school class at Prescott Life Church Sunday, April 19, 2009. She was 81. A well-respected counselor, Virginia moved to Prescott in 1992 with her late husband Richard. She was still working, providing counseling services, the week before her passing. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 2, 2009, at Prescott Life Church, 2200 Highway 89. The entombment will be at El Camino Cypress View Mausoleum, San Diego, Calif. Donations to the Counseling Service may be made payable to Prescott Life Church. Information provided by survivors.
