Jerome was born November 17, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan. A private cremation will be held at Bradshaw Chapel in Prescott Valley. He leaves behind his wife of 47 years Velia Kowalski; his children: Susan Clough her husband Mark, Kenneth Kowalski his wife Elizabeth, Kristen Ledgerwood husband Sonny, Robert Kowalski wife Marcy. He had 14 grandchildren: Daniel and Ryan Clough, Autumn, Paige, Katherine, Camille, Joshua, Demiree, Rylee, and Joseph Kowalski, Madison, Levi, Micaela, and Michael Ledgerwood.
