| Arizona Weekly Journal-Miner, Prescott, Arizona Territory Wednesday, May 9, 1900, page 8, column 2 Mrs. Wm. Durbin Dead After an illness of about thirty days with lung fever, which, within the last few days had resulted in complications with other ailments, Mrs. Wm. Durbin passed away to that mystic realm, about 3:30 o'clock this morning. Mr. and Mrs. Durbin have lived in Prescott for a great many years, and are well known and highly respected citizens, and Mr. Durbin and their six daughters have the sincere sympathy of a large circle of friends in the loss of a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Durbin is about 40 years of age and was, during her long residence here, always considered a woman of remarkable sympathy and tenderness and has endeared herself to her friends and neighbors by whom she will be greatly missed. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the family residence on North McCormick street, and all friends are invited. See Also: Arizona Gravestone Photo Project |
