Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, January 13, 1994, p 2B Glen Zimmerman, 70, died Jan 10, 1994, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Prescott. He was born Feb 5, 1923, in Rocky Ford, Colo., to Joseph and Ruby (Shafer)Zimmerman. Mr Zimmerman served his country honorably in the Army during World War II. Mr Zimmerman worked as a heavy tractor operator in the agricultural industry. He lived 35 years in the area. Survivors include his sisters, Fay Karstetter, Goodyear; Doris Morris, Phoenix; Darlene Littrell, Phoenix; Lora Jean Porter, Fayetteville, Ark; Shirley Mills, Fayetteville, Ark; Betty Lou Hutchins, Arkansas; June Weatherly, NM; brothers, Nolen, Phoenix; Donald, Fayetteville, Ark; and Gary, Colo. He was the nephew of Florence Shafer of Fayetteville, Ark. Private services were held with inurnment to take place at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Sunrise Funeral Home of Prescott Valley assisted the family with arrangements.
