Mittie Loraine Magill
July 23, 1926 - September 12, 2016

Mittie Loraine Magill was born on July 23, 1936 in McNary, Arizona as the youngest of 10 children to Charlie and Lydia Brown. She was received into the arms of the angels September 12, 2016 in Vernon, Arizona and is survived by two daughters, Loyce Cannon and Jodi (Ron) Cowen. She will be reuniting with her husband of 34 years, Joe Magill who passed away in 1981.

Mittie was always an adventurous girl who enjoyed riding horses and any activity that kept her from being in the house. Due to her hardworking nature, Mittie began working at a very young age, and retired with Wells Fargo after many years of service in the Whiteriver Community.

Mittie is survived by her 7 grandchildren, Tommy (Shawn Knight) Cannon, Shawn (Danielle) Cannon, Brandon (Leigh) Massey, Jennifer (Brian) Waddell, Jessica (Guy) Cucurullo, Chris Cowen and Ross (Jen) Cowen as well as 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews she dearly loved, whom dearly loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband Joe; father, Charlie; mother, Lydia; 9 brothers and sisters, and many of her dear friends.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, September 19, 2016 at the Pinetop Cemetery.

The family wishes to extend their sincerest gratitude to the kind and loving staff at Angel Wings and Hospice Compassus who were with us every step of the way.
