Camp Verde Bugle, Cottonwood, Arizona Saturday, September 10, 2016 Mercy Nelson, July 1954 to August 2016 is gone from this world! But not forgotten!! She fought her illness all the way to the very end! The whole time she was surrounded by love of her family and a community that knew her. She is survived by her children Pepper Evans and husband Jamey Evans, grandchildren Jade Evans, Mia Evans and Lilly Evans, her son Ryan Nelson, daughter-in-law Hilary Nelson and a new grand baby Rhys Nelson, sisters Amy Pedroza, Donna Campbell, brothers Don Leyba, Ray Leyba, Bob Leyba, mother-in-law Gloria Nelson, and her biggest fan of all, her husband of 41 years & 10 months, John Nelson. The family wanted to express a very "BIG" thank you to "ALL" that supported her through all of this. She will be missed by all that knew her, but will live on in our memories, as special as she was!!
