Larry Doughty passed away Sept. 19, 2016 after an 18-month long battle with cancer. Larry was born in Great Bend, Kansas and lived in Wyoming, New Mexico and Arizona. He enjoyed the outdoors, riding his Harley-Davidson and spending time with his family.

A natural born mechanic, his family says "he could fix anything" and his wife comments "If you cut him, he bleeds Diesel". Larry worked as a mechanic all of his life and was a dedicated, hard-working man whose goal was to provide the best for his family.

Larry is survived by his beloved wife Connie and was father of Kevin (Carolyn) and Cheryl (Nicolas); grandfather of twins Cole and Thomas (Kayla) and Ian and great-grandfather of Addison. He is also survived by two brothers; Les (Janet) and David; sister-in-law Diane (Mark); brother-in-law John (Sandra); mother-in-law Shirley; former daughter-in-law Penny and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Monday, September 26 at 11:00am at the Valley Baptist Church in Apache Junction. A service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 1:00pm at Prescott National Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
