ALVARADO, Amanda RaeAnn August 9, 1981 – April 20, 2009 Amanda RaeAnn Alvarado, 27, a Safford resident, died Monday, April 20, 2009. She was born in Safford. Amanda was a loving wife and mother to four beautiful children. Amanda and Carlos were married May 9, 2008, in Safford. She had many friends whom she loved dearly. Amanda is survived by her husband, Carlos; her four children, Dallas, Cieanna, Carlos and Marquez; mother, Kathy Underwood; brother, Brian Underwood; half-siblings, Cherri Micher, Kathleen (Becky) Underwood and Michael Robert Underwood; aunts, Carrie Koltin, Ellen Hale, Linda Hiller and Peggy Porter; uncles, De-Wayne Koltin, Marcus Hale and Louis Hiller. Amanda was preceded in death by her father, Robert Benton Underwood. The viewing was held at the Apostolic Church in Safford on Friday, April 24. The funeral was also at the Apostolic Church on Saturday, April 25. Interment was at the Safford Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Caldwell Funeral Chapel.
