| The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona Tuesday, September 13, 2016 May Belle Page was called home to God on Sept. 5, 2016, at the young age of 93. May was born Feb. 21, 1923, in Grand Junction, Colo. She was a longtime resident of Wickenburg, where one of the many highlights of May’s years here was working for the Wickenburg Sun until she retired. May was very involved in the Wickenburg area and was an outstanding member of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church. May was preceded in death by her son Milton Cooper, and survived by her sister, Mary Elder of Rifle, Colo.; brothers Paul R. Evans (Di) of Morgan Hill, Calif., Raymond Eachus and other relatives and friends. May spent the last few years of her life living with her adopted family, the Landels, their children and grandchildren, loved and cherished by all. A celebration of May’s life will be on Sept. 17, at 10 a.m. at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Alban’s Memorial Alter Fund would be appreciated. |
