Grace Anne Berilla, 46, of Prescott, Arizona, passed away on Sept. 29, 2016, in Prescott, Arizona. Grace was born on Nov. 19, 1969, in Ashtabula, Ohio.

A private cremation will be held at Bradshaw Chapel in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements.
