| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, October 7, 2016, page 5a Sally Ann Ott, 50, of Prescott passed away Oct. 3, 2016. She was born March 30, 1966, in Prescott, Arizona. A memorial service will be held at a later date. ----------------------- The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, October 16, 2016, page 10a Sally Ann Ott, 50, born March 30, 1966 in Prescott, Arizona, to Otto and Nancy Ott, died October 3, 2016, in Prescott Valley, Arizona after a long illness. Sally attended Prescott Schools and graduated from Prescott High School in 1984 where she excelled in volleyball and basketball. After high school she attended Yavapai College where she continued her volleyball career until suffering an injury. Sally was inducted into the Prescott High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2005. Sally ventured out of Prescott and lived in Florida and Tennessee working in the medical field as an insurance biller and collector before moving back to Prescott Valley. She enjoyed all sports, especially watching the Arizona Cardinals and Arizona Diamondbacks. Sally is survived by her sister, Pam Ott Curry; brothers, Mark (Kristin), and Andy; two nieces, Porsche’ and Chanel; and four nephews, Michael, Zachary, Aaron, and Aiden. She was proceeded in death by her parents and her brother Chris Ott. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, October 22, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lifepointe Church located at 10100 Hwy 69, Prescott Valley, AZ. Information provided by survivors. |
