| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, October 19, 2016, page 5a Former longtime Prescott resident Joe Ferra Jr., born Dec. 1, 1930, to Joseph and Genevieve Ferra, passed away on Sept. 28, 2016, at the age of 86 in Olympia, Washington. Joe served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Joe is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann; son, Stephen; daughters, Kimberly Ann (John), Kimberly Hope, Susan Tolbert (Don); brothers, Vernon, Richard (Birdie), Jim, and George (Judy); sisters, Marie (Ed), Betty (Tom), and Dorothy; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Tim; daughter, Jody; parents; brothers, John, Albert, Manuel and Emilio; and sisters, Clara, Lenore and Genevieve. Services will be held Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, at noon at Olympia First Baptist Church. Joe will be placed in Masonic Memorial Park, next to his daughter.
