Wickenburg Sun (Wickenburg, Arizona) Thursday, October 8, 1964, p 15 Mrs Violetta Rites Monday Graveside services were held in Aguila Monday for Mrs Mattie Violetta, a long-time resident of Aguila who passed away in Community Hospital, Wickenburg, October 2. She was born September 17, 1887, in Lockhart, Tex., and had been a resident of Arizona for 41 years. She and her husband, the late John Violetta, were ranchers and cattle raisers in the Aguila area. The Rev. G. B. Huthmacher of the Church of Christ, Wickenburg, officiated at the rites Monday. Mrs Violetta is survived by a son, Arthur Bleeker and daughter Minnie Pearl, both of Aguila. Four sisters and a brother live in Texas.
