SMITH, Mary Ann PHOENIX - Mary Ann Smith, 84, of Phoenix died April 26, 2009 at Phoenix Baptist Hospital. Visitation was from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Phoenix Memorial Park. The funeral there was at 10 a.m. Monday, followed by burial there. Mrs. Smith was born Feb. 13, 1925 in Florence. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Basilica. Survivors include a niece, Barbara Zalazinski of Phoenix, and a sister, Margaret Walker of Wenden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnson. J.
