| Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, October 27, 2016 Evelyn Louise Best, 85, passed away October 8, 2016. She was born to Ray and Willie Westerbrook in Clarkdale, Arizona. She grew up in Clarkdale and met her future husband, Leo Best, after he returned from World War II. They married in 1947 and had a very happy life together. She is predeceased by her husband Leo Best. She is survived by two sons, a daughter, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Information provided by survivors. |
