Andrew was born Oct. 23, 1969, in El Paso, Texas. A memorial service will be held for Andrew on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, at 9 a.m. at St. Augustine Cathedral, 192 S Stone Ave, Tucson, AZ, 85701. Ruffner Wakelin Prescott Chapel assisted the family with final arrangements. |
