Manuel D. Alvarado was born July 1, 1926 and passed away on November 4, 2016. Manuel was proceeded in death by Maria, his wife of 59 years and their son Manuel De Jesus Alvarado.

Manuel "APA" is survived by sons Arthur, Daniel, Paul, John, Ralph and daughters Irma, Mercy and Irene, brother Salvador Alvarado, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Manuel worked at the Nelson Lime Plant for 28 years as a haul truckdriver. After retirement, Manuel enjoyed going out and cutting wood, working in the garden, being with his favorite bird "Tivurcia", and spending time with family. He was known by all for his happy smile. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation for Manuel D. Alvarado will be on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm at St. Francis Catholic Church in Seligman, Arizona. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Francis Catholic Church, Seligman, Arizona.

Burial to follow at Seligman Cemetery.
