Fred John Kuerner Sr., 82, of Lake Havasu City passed away Oct. 6,
2016.

He was the oldest of seven children born to Gottlob and Anna (Wezel)
Kuerner, June 22, 1934 in Queens, New York.

County Sheriff’s Department until retiring in 1989.

Fred’s life was centered around his family. On May 5, 1956, Fred
married the love of his life, Margaret Hosking, and they shared 60
adventurous years together, first raising a beautiful family, and
then traveling the world together. He was an avid outdoors man who
enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and still kayaking at 81 years
old. Fred was a member of the Elks Lodge and the American Legion.

He was a great man who touched many lives and he will be dearly
missed.
