Buckley Boyer, 78, of Lake Havasu City passed away Oct. 26, 2016.

He was born to Buckley Boyer and Susan Tione on Dec. 21, 1937.

Buckley was proud to serve our country when he enlisted in the Navy.
After the Navy, he was employed in the maintenance division of the
Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles, Calif.

When Buckley became a permanent resident of Lake Havasu City, he
found a love of boating, fishing, and having an ice cold Coors Light
on the Lake. He was also a member of the “Over the Hill Gang” in
Lake Havasu City and had a deep passion for restoring classic hot
rods and all cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Buckley and Susan Boyer.

Buckley is survived by Diane Boyer, his loving wife of 22 years of
Lake Havasu City, sons Dale Boyer of California and Steve Martinez,
daughters Gina Johnson of California, Melissa Capone of California,
Shelley Hanson, Debbie Marshall of Lake Havasu City, Julie Houston
of California, brother Bert Ireland, sisters Pat Rowle, Julie
Delatorre, Jeannie Browning, Mary Morrow, sixteen grandchildren and
eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the local Alzheimer’s
Dementia Connection or the Havasu Community Health Foundation, 2126
McCulloch Blvd. Ste. 7, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.

Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
