Andrew Johnson Dies

(From Thursday's Daily)

After an illness of three weeks, Andrew Johnson died at an early hour
yesterday morning in the hospital. His death due to tuberculosis.

He was 50 years old and a native of Sweden.

His remains were taken in charge by the Ruffner undertaking
establishment to be prepared for internment.

Johnson was a cook by occupation. He resided here a number of years
and was well and favorably known to a wide circle of friends.

Funeral arrangements will be announced as soon as an answer is received
from two brothers residing in Illinois.


Transcriber's note: Mr. Johnson is buried at the Citizens Cemetery in
Prescott, Arizona.
