Helen Elaine Kuchta Peterson of Kingman, Ariz., was born Dec. 28, 
1947, in Ford City, Penn., to her mother Doris Kane and father John 
Kuchta.

Helen passed away on Nov. 13, 2016, with loved ones by her side. 
Helen was preceded in death by her father, John, and her brother, 
John Knightly Jr.

Helen is survived by her husband, Bill Heineke; daughter Dodie; and 
sons, Ronnie and Bobby; and stepdaughter, Karen Joyner. She also is 
survived by her mother, Doris Kane; her brother Jimmy (Beth) 
Knightly; her sister Barbara (Jim) Barnes; and her in-laws Rex and 
Judy Reynolds. Helen also is survived by her grandchildren, Shannon, 
Christina, Janae, Jeremy, Macie; and great grandchild Madison; as 
well as many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
