Miss Ida May Jones, sixteen year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Jones, of Groom creek, three miles south of Prescott, died yesterday, July 9 of diphtheria.

This makes the second death which has occurred in the family from the same disease within two weeks.

Transcriber's note: Miss Jones is buried at the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona with three of her siblings.
