| Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ >>> Published on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 <<< Warren William Tarbell, 78, of Lake Havasu City passed away Nov. 15, 2016. He was born to Earl and Edith Tarbell July 8, 1938 in Ripley Township, Minn. After graduation, Warren enlisted in the Army, where he was in the infantry division. After serving his country, Warren attended Spokane Community College. Later he became the proud owner of Champion Industrial Supply Company in Spokane, Wash. Warren and his wife, Deloris became permanent residents of Lake Havasu City in 2010. Warren enjoyed many hobbies which included tennis, watching football, reading the Bible and running in 11 marathons in 26 years. He also was a member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church. Warren was preceded in death by his parents Earl Tarbell and Edith Haas and brother Myron Tarbell. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Deloris May Tarbell of Lake Havasu City, daughter Cindy (Jay) Stebbins of Elk, Wash., son Gregory Tarbell of Manhattan, N.Y., brothers: Gerald (Marilyn) Tarbell and David (Debbie) Tarbell, sisters: Patricia Wright, Carol Ost, Joyce Jensen and Ardelle (Bob) Walker. Warren also is survived by his favorite four-legged Pomeranians, Happy and Edie. Services are at 2 p.m. Nov. 25 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church. All friends, family and congregation are invited to attend. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
