Dorothy L. Parr passed away at the age of 83 on Oct. 24, 2016, in 
her Kingman home.

Dorothy was loved by many and enjoyed spending time with family and 
friends. She had a caring heart and loved to talk about her heavenly 
Father with those she would meet.

Dorothy was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on April 17, 1933, to Thomas and 
Laura Schultz.

Dorothy is survived by her brother, Thomas C. (Judy) Schultz of 
Florida, daughter Jeanette (Billy) Cummings of Kentucky, Laura 
Eggers of Oregon, Merry (George) Greep of Oklahoma, Cheryl (Ben) 
Marshall or Kingman, and Dorothy (Michael) Maron of Oregon. She is 
also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Laura 
Schultz, her first husband George Houston, second husband John 
(Jack) Parr and her son, George R. Houston-Parr.

A memorial will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, in the 
Kingdom hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4335 N. Stardust Road.
