Jessie (Chuya) (Hernandez) Robledo

Jessie “Chuya” Robledo passed away on Wednesday morning, March 9,
2016, at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
She resided in Parker, Ariz., working full-time at La Paz Regional
Hospital as their head cook. When she wasn’t working, she enjoyed
time with family and friends, reading and watching TV.

She was born Aug. 19, 1939, to Pascual and Petra Hernandez in
Bakersfield, Calif., and was the oldest of eight children. She
attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School, but had to leave
school to help support her family. She married Raul Robledo on Dec.
20, 1958 and had our children. Her husband moved her and the family
to Parker, Ariz. in 1976.

Jessie will be remembered by many people. She touched many hearts,
and she was the sassy lady who served you lunch at La Paz Regional
Hospital.

Jessie was preceded in death by her parents, son Edward “Eddie Boy”
Robledo, grandson Anthony Robledo, and brothers Pascual Jr. and
Raymond Hernandez.

She is survived by her husband, Raul Robledo; sisters Gloria
Rodriguez, Rachel Martine, and Nena Miranda; brothers Tony Hernandez
and Richard Hernandez; son Ernie Robledo; daughters Diana (Pablo)
Flores and Anna Robledo (Anthony Farar); daughter-in-law Dana
Robledo; grandsons Robert “Adam” Robledo, Pablo Flores III, John
Charles Flores, Thomas (Alyssa) Robledo and Eric (Christine)
Robledo; great grandchildren Jurni Anderson, Savana Flores, Ryder,
Kendra, Caitlynn Robledo, Saryah, Mya Flores, Isaiah, Emmalina
Gonzalez, Michelle, Julian Martinez, and Elijah, Isaaca and Noah
Robledo.

Services were held Monday, March 14, 2016 with a rosary at Parker
Funeral Home. Mass was held Tuesday, March 15 at Sacred Heart
Church. She was laid to rest at Parker Town Cemetery, and lunch
followed at Western Park.

The family of Jessie “Chuya” Robledo would like to thank the staff
at La Paz Regional Hospital and Havasu Regional Medical Center for
the great care, and to the family and friends. Your help and support
were much appreciated and will never be forgotten. We love and miss
her so. She will forever by in our hearts.
